Deliciousness

I have one heck of a sweet tooth and for some reason nursing a little one only makes it worse.  Last weekend I made a super yummy, super easy frozen treat; Graham Cracker Ice Cream Sandwiches.  I am the first to admit that I am not the chef of the house, I leave that to Ben, but this looked simple enough.

What you need!
1 pkg of Jell-O instant pudding (I used chocolate)
1 cup cold milk (I used skim)
1-1/2 cups Cool Whip topping
16 Graham Crackers broken in half (32 squares)

Make it!
Beat pudding mix and milk in medium bowl with whisk, 2 mins. Pudding will be thick. Stir in Cool Whip.
Spoon onto 16 graham cracker squares. Top each with second square to make a sandwich & press together gently.  Place in shallow pan and cover
Freeze 2 hours or until frozen.

Kitchen of the Week

Happy Monday!  Hope everyone had a great weekend!  The weather was beautiful here so we spent a lot of time outdoors.  My babies always sleep better when their days are full of fresh air.  How fun is this kitchen?  Green chalkboard paint over a good portion of the walls.  And that salvaged door? Love it.

And of course Fridge Coasters to match!

Pinners anonymous

Like most people in America right now, we are addicted to Pinterest.  Thats right, I said WE.  I've been on it for a while but I recently encouraged Ben to check it out so he could promote Fridge Coaster.  He secretly loves it.  He started out just pinning Fridge Coaster pictures but its gone way beyond that.  Check out our boards here & here and if you like what you see go ahead and become a follower :)  Here are some of our favorite pins so far...............

Kitchen of the week

Don't you love this chevron tile backsplash?  I do!!  In fact I've been a little obsessed with the chevron pattern for a while now.......

So it's no surprise that we added it to our print line up.  My favorite combination is mixing the gray and yellow!

Crystal did all of this with one original shelf pack and one large crisper bin pack!

She is a pretty amazing photographer.  Check out these pics she did for us when Beckett was just 6 months old......

Do they fit in my fridge?

We get this question a lot and the answer is, yes they do! Do you have a GE, LG, Electrolux, Frigidaire, Samsung, Whirlpool, Kitchenaid, Kenmore, Amana, Maytag, or Sub Zero ect. that looks like........

Then Fridge Coasters will fit somewhere in your refrigerator.  All coasters (door bin, original shelf & crisper bin) have perforations on them so you can break off extra material for a snug fit no matter what style/model refrigerator you have.  Give them a whirl and see for yourself.
